** JULY SHIPPING CLOSED & RATE UPDATES **
We would like to start by thanking all our NO BRA CLUB members for their ongoing patience & support during this busy time. Over the last 2 months the increasing work due to COVID-19 has slowly caused longer than expected delays for order arrival & customer service. We have taken on all feedback from our customers and are implementing actions to make our overall experience better for you when shopping with us. This has been a new situation for us to navigate, however we are confident these changes will greatly improve both issues at hand.
Due to the above we have made the decision that it is in the best interest of both our customers and our team to close shipping for the month of July.
During this time we will be changing our shipping service to a private courier company reducing delays. We will also be bringing on new staff to help our processes run quicker and more efficient going forward.

** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO JULY**
Orders which have been sent VIA DHL prior to our knowledge of the extent of these delays will be trackable via https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/, should you require your tracking number again please emailsupport@thenobraclub.com with your order number.
Please note the delays for international shipments are out of our control and currently stand at 6-8 weeks. Our team will continue to be assist with any issues regarding shipment delays or missing parcels as best as they can.
** DOMESTIC ORDERS **
Any orders which have been affected by despatch delays will be sent via EXPRESS POSTAGE to ensure arrival within a timely manner.
