 Thank you for supporting the NO BRA CLUB. Our standard dispatch timeframes are 7-10 days from order date. At time of dispatch, you will receive an automated shipping notification email with all your tracking details. Please use the tracking link contained within that email to monitor your orders arrival time. 

As a small independently female owned company we appreciate your support and always aim to provide a prompt service, please note, we do not work to fast fashion timeframes.

DOMESTIC

Australia Wide 3-7 working days

INTERNATIONAL

Worldwide shipping estimated: 10-25 working days

New Zealand : 5-10 working days

United States: 7-15 working days

United Kingdom: 7- 15 working days

United Arab Emirates : 5-10 working days

All orders are shipped with standard shipping.

*Delays caused by postal couriers, holiday peaks, long weekends or customs / postal strikes are outside our control.

UNDELIVERIBLE SHIPMENT

It is the responsibility of the receiver to ensure delivery can be made or missed parcels are collected in time from your local postal office. In the event your parcel is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and returned to our office, the full cost of your items only will be refunded. The original shipping fee cannot be refunded once your order has been sent. For undeliverable items to be sent again you will need to place a new order.

Your country may impose import taxes or duties on your shipment, please note our company has no control over these charges and should your government require import tax, it is the responsibility of each customer to resolve these charges for successful delivery. These vary for every country, Your local Customs office or postal courier will contact you if duties or taxes are payable.

INCORRECT DATA AT CHECKOUT

NO BRA CLUB  cannot take responsibility for incorrect data entered at checkout. However, we are always happy to amend your information if an error has been made - please email our team on hello@thenobraclub.com .  For fast and efficient service please quote your order number, and flag your email as High Importance with URGENT in subject line (!). In these cases our team will do our best to amend your order, however we cannot make any guarantees. If the order has already been shipped, changes cannot be made. a refund cannot be issued until the shipment has been returned.

MISSING PARCELS

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once a package is out of our hands the security of the package is liable to the shipping company, in the event of a missing package we will contact the company responsible, all packages are insured and once we have been reimbursed, we can ship your package again or provide a full refund upon your instructions. We cannot reprocess a reshipment until the missing parcel case has been resolved with the postal company.
