Thank you for supporting the Original NO BRA CLUB, Whilst we do not have the resources of a large company, we care deeply for each and every one of our beautiful customers and we hope that this shines through in our dealings with you. We will endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days however please be aware that this can be affected by busy periods or when our small team is short-staffed. Sale periods will also affect these processing times,  during these times it can be up to 5 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to grow together. 
 
If your order is urgent we recommend contacting our customer care team by emailing support@thenobraclub.com. For fast and efficient service please quote your order number, and flag your email as High Importance (!) .
 
DOMESTIC ORDERS 
All domestic orders are shipped with Fast Way Couriers or Australia Post Express depending on your choice at checkout. Transit times vary depending on your location. You can use the Australia Post transit times calculator to receive an estimate of delivery times to your area. (Our postcode is 2483)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International standard orders are shipped with DHL e commerce. Please allow 15 - 25 days transit times depending on your location for standard shipping. PLEASE NOTE if you have chosen standard shipping this does not have door to door tracking, also in the event that a custom fee is not paid or no one collects the parcel upon delivery, standard shipments can take up to 90 days to be returned to us. 
EXPRESS DHL is a perineum service with door to door tracking,  express parcels arrive within 3-5  business days. 
Your country may impose import taxes or duties on your shipment. These vary for every country and are payable by the customer. DHL will contact you if duties or taxes are payable.
 
No Bra Club takes no responsibility for incorrect data entered at checkout. Please be double check your information before finalising your order. If you do need to make changes to your order, please email support@thenobraclub.com without delay. For fast and efficient service please quote your order number, and flag your email as High Importance (!). In these cases our team will do our best to amend your order, however we cannot make any guarantees.
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once a package is out of our hands the security of the package is liable to the the shipping company, in the event of a missing package we will contact the company responsible, all packages are insured and once we have been reimbursed we can ship your package again, we appreciate your understanding with the time this may take. In the event of a lost package we ask that you contact support@thenobraclub.com for assistance
