Shipping Info

NO BRA CLUB Is based in Australia. We ship all orders via Australia Post for Domestic Shipping and DHL Express for all international orders. 

NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS: 

Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to our Couriers Shipment times can not be confirmed with No Bra Club, we list the below shipment times as a GUIDE ONLY. Any delayed shipments once deemed fulfilled are caused by the shipment companies and No Bra Club holds no responsibility or control over this. 

Guide- Standard Domestic and Express: 

Please all 5-6 days for standard domestic shipping. Express Domestic 1-2 days.

Guide- International Shipping:

International shipping requires 10- 15 days depending on your location. 

 NO BRA CLUB is not responsible for any import taxes with your order, taxes may only apply to certain countries and it is the customers responsibility to contact customs in the event of this.  

NO BRA CLUB takes no responsibility for incorrect data entered upon checkout. We ask that you please double check information upon checkout. Please contact hello@thenobraclub.com if you have noticed any errors and your information requires changes. 

 EVERY ORDER PLACED WITH NO BRA CLUB TRACKED, once your order is packed and dispatched customers will always receive a tracking number via email.

NO BRA CLUB DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE DEEMED DELIVERED, we ask that you track your package and be there upon package arrival. NO BRA CLUB PACKAGES ARE ALL SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE UPON ARRIVAL ONLY.

Once a package is out of our hands the security of the package is liable to the the shipping company, in the event of a missing package we will contact the company responsible, all packages are insured and once we have been reimbursed we can ship your package again, we appreciate your understanding with the time this may take.
