Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@thenobraclub.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Full refunds cannot be offered for change of mind on a product or failure to read product description, in the event this is the reason for the return, refund can only be given via a store credit.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return request. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in it's original packaging. For obvious reasons, we are unable to accept returns for swimwear and intimates.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please include an image so that we can help find a solution for you.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer except if the item is faulty. Please send all returns with a traceable service as the No Bra Club does not take responsibility for any returns that are not delivered. Please check your tracking prior to contacting us about your refund. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after delivery for refunds to be processed. All refunds are processed as a reversal of your original payment. You will receive an email confirming when your return has been received. Once this email has been sent the transaction may take 3-5 business days depending on who you bank with.

The No Bra Club does NOT accept returns for a full refund on sale items. All sale items are able to be returned for exchange or store credit only.
