Refund policy


Our standard Refund & Exchange policy offers 30 days from order received date for all customers, however this may be extended in difficult circumstances. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused, not purchased on sale and in original condition/packaging.

Faulty; We ensure that all products are inspected for quality before they are shipped however if a fault has been missed please kindly email our team for a full refund or free replacement. 

Please note we cannot accept return of products that are intimates or swimwear for consumer safety. 

To complete your return, or exchange please email our team at hello@thenobraclub.com with your full name & order number, item details and request. 

 Please attach photo if your request is for a faulty item. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the outcome via email. 
If approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. If your item has signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)​ or any damage to original condition; we are unable to accept your refund request and your original item will be returned. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. In the event of a sale, items purchased prior will not be refunded due to items now being on sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thenobraclub.com

Shipping
To return your product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
